- The inventory of our computers in the Everping platform: we don't need to create or maintain an excel file. The inventory is synchronized with our asset management tools, which ensures reliability and granularity of the information reported!
- Computer tags, which give us a better overview of our IT assets and make it easier to manage them (after-sales service, keyboard type, etc.).
- Everping is super available for Partoo and handles the vast majority of user requests
- We have set up a monthly process to keep the stock of available computers up to date (deleting computers and re-installing them for the next arrivals).
- The feedback for us is very positive: the management of the computer park is made possible by "office management" profiles. office management/who have no specific IT skills. IT asset management becomes an operational rather than a technical issue.
