The site is accessible from any location, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, except in the event of force majeure, scheduled or unscheduled interruption, or where maintenance is required.
www.everping.eu cannot be held responsible for any modification, interruption or suspension of services.

ARTICLE 4: Intellectual property

All elements of the www.everping.eu website (in particular textual and graphic content, but also its structure, databases, name, graphic charter, logo and brand) are and remain the exclusive property of EVERPING or its partners and may be protected by intellectual property rights (e.g. trademark rights, copyright or database producers' rights).

Any use, reproduction, distribution, marketing, modification of all or part of the Site, without the authorization of EVERPING is prohibited and may result in legal action and prosecution.

No prior agreement is required to set up links to the www.everping.eu site, but the person setting up the link undertakes to comply with current legislation. Only the explicit mention of the www.everping.eu site in the title of the link is required. However, it is advisable to display this site in a new browser window or tab. However, EVERPING reserves the right to request the removal of any link that it considers to be inconsistent with the purpose of the www.everping.eu site, defamatory, infringing, parasitical or in breach of its rights or those of third parties.

ARTICLE 5: Data collection

In accordance with French law no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, your personal data is collected and processed by EVERPING, 7 allée de Chartres - 33000 Bordeaux (dpo@everping.eu). This processing is necessary to fulfill our legitimate interest in promoting our business. Your data will be communicated to recipients who need it to help us achieve these purposes (our employees and service providers).

If they host your data in countries outside the European Union which have not been the subject of an adequacy decision, we undertake to take appropriate safeguards, a copy of which you can obtain by sending us your request directly.

Your data will be kept for as long as it takes to organize the demonstration of our services and then, for the purposes of sending you prospecting, for 3 years from the last contact we have had with you, unless you exercise your right to object or withdraw your consent (thereafter, it will be archived for the duration of the civil statute of limitations, i.e. 5 years).

If you meet the legal requirements, you can access your personal data, rectify it, ask for it to be deleted or exercise your right to limit its processing, object to it, exercise your right to portability and give us instructions on what to do with your data after your death. You can exercise these rights, or ask us any questions you may have about the processing of your data (in particular about the balancing of your interests against our legitimate interest in sending out canvassing material) by contacting us using the details above. This will result in a new processing of your data, which we will keep for 1 year, this processing being necessary to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject.
