What better way to judge the quality of the Everping solution than to get feedback from 2 Molotov employees? Meet Pablo Queixalos, VP Engineering and Dan Ohayon, SVP of Molotov in a cross-interview.

Why did you decide to work with Everping? What were the problems you wanted to solve?

Pablo :

- We had no in-house resources (too few) for IT management.

- We had no IT asset management tools.

- We lacked support for employees.

- We were lacking in on/off boarding management.

Dan:

- When we started the Molotov business in 2015, IT support was manageable in-house because we were few in number. Experience shows that after a certain number of employees this activity is no longer at all trivial.

- Molotov's tech resources needed to focus on their core business of developing a high-quality OTT platform. That's why we decided to outsource the helpdesk activity and entrust it to professionals.
