I also appreciate the fact that we have a precise follow-up of on and offboarding. The dashboard shows whether it's planned, in progress or completed. This is reassuring, especially when it comes to offboarding. You can be sure that there's no data lying around on the computer, that its power has been optimized and that a new user will be able to use it as if it were brand new.

How does it work at Everping? Simply submit an offboarding request. Our experts recommend that the outgoing employee carry out the reset before leaving. He or she will then receive an automatic email to make an appointment with our Tech Support team, who will reset the computer. Bonus: integrate this practice into your HR processes.
