We recently spoke with Mylène Bellanger from Epsor, an employee savings solution. She sees Everping as a day-to-day partner. Find out why!

Hello Mylène, would you like to introduce yourself?

I'm Office Manager at Epsor. On a day-to-day basis, I'm in charge of purchasing and managing hardware, software and offices. For example, I'm in charge of allocating PCs. I also organize happiness management seminars.

Before Everping, what problems did you face?

Before, I had no visibility of my IT assets. All I had was a barely updated Excel spreadsheet. Some computers were still assigned to employees who had left the company. Similarly, some computers had no serial numbers. My fleet was becoming obsolete, but I had no way of anticipating new purchases and was forced to change computers in a hurry. Another point was that we had no security policy in place, and we knew it was crucial to deploy one. Finally, I had to spend a lot of time helping my colleagues solve their IT problems. Yet this is not my core business. Typically, I'd type their query into Google, whereas an expert in the field would have answered it in 5 minutes. Often, these are fairly simple requests, but they're the kind of urgent requests that get you off your to-do list.
In short, we needed to gain visibility and secure our IT assets, as well as help our staff quickly and efficiently, to free up my time.

How did you and your team come to choose Everping?

Everping was selected because it was the only solution that met all our needs. And a little bonus point on the computer purchasing side. We're not in favor of leasing, and want to manage this in-house. Although Everping offers the possibility of purchasing computers from the platform, the solution is flexible and adapts to the existing fleet.

Thanks to Everping, I now have visibility over my computer fleet. I finally have an automated inventory! As for our CTO, Yann Perchec, he has an eye on the security status of each of our computers. It's much more reassuring. Last but not least, Everping's technicians completely relieve me of my work, since they're the ones who've taken over the employee support side of things. As well as being competent, they are very responsive.

What do you like best about Everping? What are your favorite features?

My favorite part? User support! It's super fast. It relieves me of this task. So I can concentrate on other priority activities. I also like having visibility over IT asset management: we have clear, precise visibility in real time. I would add that the platform is fairly easy to use and collaborative. It's all done in a few clicks.
That's more for our CTO, but a big bonus point on the security side. The platform shows us, with precision, which computer (and therefore which employee) has not updated. And it's the Everping team that assists our employees with computer encryption and registration.

More specifically, what do you and Yann think of the fleet management tool?

Visibility and security of our IT assets are put on the same level. It's really great!
For your information, Everping uses an asset management solution (MDM) developed by Jamfa leading player for Apple devices.

What is your experience of Everping? What advantages have you seen in your company?

My experience has been very positive 😁 ! I save time on a daily basis because I no longer have to worry about IT support. And, I optimize my time in managing my fleet thanks to the automated inventory.

We finally have a security policy! This is vital for a company like ours.

If we take a before-and-after look, how has Everping's intervention changed your daily life and that of your colleagues?

I'll say it again, but it's essential. I've saved a considerable amount of time. It's hard to quantify, but I'd say more than 2 hours per week, easily... Between receiving the request, processing it and getting back to my task, I was losing an enormous amount of productivity.

As for my colleagues, they're fully satisfied to be able to count on someone on a daily basis.
